Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Sessions are not officially booked until the deposit has been paid and confirmation has been received. The remaining balance MUST be paid before or on the day of the session. Late Policy Please arrive on time and camera-ready for your scheduled session. Early arrival is suggested to change and prepare (10 mins early) A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply or session time may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the session may be canceled without refund. Cancellation Policy All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-transferable. In the event of an emergency, accommodations may be considered at discretion. Weather & Outdoor Sessions Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Weather-related reschedules will be transferred to a new agreed-upon date without penalty. Respect & Professionalism Respectful communication and professionalism are expected from all parties during the booking process and session experience. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
